The Tablet Inspection belt of the machines has a complete stainless steel body. The tablets fall on a magnetic vibrator from the S.S Hopper; the vibrator removes chips and dust from the tablets and feed them on 6 inches wide belt for one operator to inspect the other side of the tablets. The tablets have a minimum size of 3 mm and maximum size of 19 mm. The New microprocessor Electronic control panel of the machine ensures ease of operation. The power of the vibration of the vibrator can be varied to ensure smooth falling of tablets on the belt. The speed of the belt can also be tuned so that inspection rate can be increased-decreased depending on the percentage of rejection. For the operators, two foot switches are provided. The machine is appropriate for 230 Volts Single Phase, A.C. 50 Hz and as per GMP Standard.
