Product Details:

Our new Disintegration Tester for Suppositories & Pessaries for suppositories DSP series is based on the latest technologies prevailing in the tablet testing industry. It is manufactured using excellent production techniques combined with modern microprocessor design to guarantee the highest standards of performance and reliability. These testers are in accordance with the latest specifications, laid down in the USP, EP and associated pharmacopoeia.

 

Manual mode is available in 1-Suppository Basket Model and a 3-Suppository Baskets Model. These instruments raise alarm every 10 minutes to alert the user to rotate the basket manually using the knob provided.

 

The Auto Model is also available in 1-Suppository Basket Model and 3-Suppository Baskets Model. In these instruments the stepper and its sophisticated drive mechanism will rotate the suppository basket automatically every 10 minutes. The end of the test is indicated by messaging on LC Display and audible alarm.

 

The programmable time for the testers can be set from 1 Sec to '99hrs:59min:59sec'. An in-built acrylic tank with heater and slow stirrer is provided to provide uniform temperature in the water bath. This temperature can be set from 25.0 ºC to 40.ºC an accuracy of 0.2ºC For better visibility to observe the test sample during the test optional water bath illumination is also available.
