The TD-2 Disintegration testers have a sophisticated design that gives superior performance. It is a user-friendly system that can be operated with only 7 keys on the front panel and menu driven operation. The latest version of the tester offers validation and wide programming parameters with its new micro controller. The TD 2 design allows easy installation of the unit and its programmable timer can be set in a much simpler format of 'hrsminsec', unlike other disintegration testers, which require complex selection of 'secmin' or 'minhrs'.

At the base of the tester, illumination source is provided, which provides better viewing option of the disintegration process of the test samples. Also, an acrylic water bath is provided that gives uniform temperature in the beaker. The temperature can be set from 25.0c to 40.0c, and can be controlled easily with accuracy of better than ± 0.3C with the help of an auto PID math algorithm. The bath temperature is monitored with a built-in RTD sensor.

Our latest version of the tester provides validation and wide programming parameters with its new micro controller. This user-friendly system has only 7 keys on front panel with a menu driven operation.
